These Terms of Service govern your use of TheCenterCapStore.com (the “Site”) and purchases made from The Center Cap Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our other posted policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Using Our Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the Site through automated means without permission, or use the Site to violate any law or another person's rights.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or contacting us.

2. Center-Cap Identification and Fitment

Center caps that look similar can have different dimensions, mounting clips, finishes, and part numbers. Vehicle year, make, model, trim, and wheel diameter are often not enough by themselves to identify the correct center cap.

Before ordering, compare the listing with:

• The exact manufacturer part number molded, stamped, or printed on the back of your existing cap
• The outside diameter and other listed measurements
• The mounting-clip or retention design
• The color and finish
• The front and back photographs in the listing

The manufacturer part number is generally the most reliable identifier. If you are unsure, email us before ordering at sales@thecentercapstore.com with clear photographs of the front and back of your existing cap, its part number, and measurements.

Any matching assistance we provide depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information supplied to us. Nothing in this section limits your rights if we ship an incorrect item or materially misdescribe a product.

3. Product Information

We work to keep product descriptions, photographs, measurements, prices, and availability accurate. Computer and mobile displays can show colors and finishes differently, and minor appearance differences can occur because of lighting, manufacturing revisions, or normal production variation.

Manufacturer, vehicle, and wheel-brand names and part numbers are used for identification and compatibility purposes. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless a listing expressly says otherwise.

The condition, manufacturer, finish, quantity, and included components are determined by the individual product listing.

4. Availability, Pricing, and Order Acceptance

Products and prices may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

Before shipment, we may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, an apparent pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment problems, an undeliverable address, or a legal or shipping restriction. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to limit quantities when reasonably necessary, including suspected resale abuse or inventory errors.

5. Payment, Billing, and Taxes

You agree to provide valid payment and billing information and to update it when necessary. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. You are responsible for charges that you knowingly approve when submitting the order.

6. Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, email sales@thecentercapstore.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

There is no standard cancellation fee. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing has begun or after an order has shipped. If the order has already shipped, any return is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

In-stock orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after payment approval and receipt of all information reasonably needed to fulfill the order. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping options, charges, destinations, tracking, delays, address issues, and international charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless a service is expressly identified as guaranteed.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy posted on the Site. Please review that policy before purchasing and obtain return authorization before sending merchandise back.

There is no standard restocking fee. Any product-specific return restriction or final-sale designation must be disclosed in the applicable listing or Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

9. Site Content and Intellectual Property

The Site and its original text, graphics, layout, photographs, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to The Center Cap Store and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the Site for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except where the law permits otherwise.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, shipping carriers, review services, social platforms, and other websites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis.

Products remain subject to the express description in their listing, any applicable written manufacturer warranty, and any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded. We do not disclaim obligations that the law does not allow us to disclaim.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Center Cap Store will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or a purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by our conduct, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be limited.

13. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for a delay caused by events reasonably outside our control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, government action, labor disruptions, infrastructure outages, or similar events. This section does not eliminate any legally required notice, cancellation, or refund right.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any consumer right that cannot be waived, disputes relating to these Terms, the Site, or a purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Los Angeles County, California. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where required by law.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect when an order is placed will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
